All Elite Wrestling star MJF cut a fiery promo on this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite, which included excessive swearing towards the end.
Speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer revealed that everyone was “happy” at the after-party for the show.
The after-party had several executives from Warner Bros. Discovery, and Meltzer noted that whilst it was all good on the night, MJF swearing on-screen may well cause an issue.

“They [Warner Bros. Discovery executives] had a big party last night after the show and everybody seemed happy” Meltzer began.
“But I wonder how many of them will be like, you know, just as an example, like TSN in Canada. Some of those swear words got through on live television, and they’re not going to be happy with that” Meltzer concluded.
We obviously do not know what the situation is right now, but this could escalate pretty quickly.
