AEW star and former WWE Superstar Chris Jericho seemingly formed a new stable on this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite, betraying the Inner Circle.
Jericho took to the ring to start the episode, calling out Eddie Kingston so that he could show the man who he defeated at AEW Revolution some respect.
It was however all a rouse, as Jericho attacked Kingston and aligned himself with 2.0 and Daniel Garcia, leaving the Inner Circle in the process.
Chris Jericho leaves the Inner Circle
The Demo God originally looked like he was going to attack 2.0 and Garcia, after they seemed to take him out.
Jericho would attack his former Proud & Powerful stablemates and align himself 2.0 and Garcia. Jake Hager would also come out and seem conflicted, before attacking Proud & Powerful himself.
It is not known what the new group will be called, but right now it is looking like it will be the Jericho Appreciation Society (no, really).
