Chris Jericho had learned a long time ago that you can’t control billionaires.
Jericho’s current boss Tony Khan has found himself under scrutiny from fans due to some of his recent remarks. This came in the wake of the clash between Dynamite and NXT.
Both the companies had advertised a star-studded show for this collision. Tony Khan, however, went a step ahead in promoting his show and made a number of comments on Twitter before and after this confrontation that fans felt was unnecessary.

Billionaires Are Going To Be Billionaires
Chris Jericho talked about the Twitter frenzy of his boss during an interview with TheMessanger.com. He claimed that you can’t control the billionaire executive:
“I learned years ago that bosses are going to be bosses, and billionaires are going to be billionaires. I’ve been working for billionaires for 25 years. At this point, you can’t control Tony Khan. He’s going to do what he wants to do and God bless him. He created this company. He runs this company. He also grew up in the social media era.”
Many fans believe that a veteran like Jericho should talk to Tony Khan about his public comments. The former champion explained why he can’t do that:
“I’m not going to tell him, ‘Take your phone away,’ because he’s my boss. Say what you want. Whatever. I think it’d be worse if I said that stuff because I’m not the boss, you know? Tony Khan owns AEW. He can do what he wants. I’m not going to tell him no.”
