CM Punk has just reignited his rivalry with Hangman Page.
The Straight Edge Star’s very public feud with The Elite started when Punk called out Hangman Page in a promo last year. Things escalated quickly after that leading to the infamous brawl out incident.
Multiple top AEW stars had to be suspended and taken off TV for extended period due to it. Punk himself was the last of the stars to return to AEW earlier this year. Now almost a year after his first promo, Punk has repeated the actions that led to the chain reaction and backstage altercation.

CM Punk blasts Hangman Page again
This week’s episode of AEW Collision featured CM Punk and FTR in the main event in a match against House of Black. After the show Punk cut another promo on Hangman Page. He referenced a sign in the crowd and took some shots at Page’s action figure sales:
“Carolina is Hangman country [pointing to a sign in the crowd]. Earlier today, I went to a local supermarket and I figured out why the call him Hangman. It’s because the pegs in the toy aisle are full of Hangman action figures because nobody wants to buy them.”
The former AEW champion continued with claims about his own merchandise sales. He took shots at The Elite being considered the heart and soul of AEW:
“He’s a peg warmer, unlike me, who moves merchandise, pops ratings, sells toys. You got everybody in AEW saying, ‘I’m the heart, I’m the soul, I’m the spirit.’ Well, that’s objective [subjective], what’s a fact is the people who say that certainly aren’t the chin of AEW because the lights go out faster than…what? GTS, Go To Sleep, I don’t know what I’m trying to do. I got rocked too. I told the House of Black, ‘no chops,’ and they chopped me, so I’m very mad,”
