Cain Velasquez has confirmed that he will be returning to the pro wrestling ring in December 2021. The one-time WWE Superstar will be making his return at the AAA promotion in Mexico, where he wrestled prior to signing with WWE.

Velasquez confirmed that he does want to one day return to the WWE, however he wants to develop further in Mexico before making the jump back.

‘I’m doing a show in December for AAA. I love AAA and I’m going to keep doing that right now. I love WWE as well, but I have to first develop myself in order for me to go out there. I’m going to keep doing stuff and have fun with it.”
