All Elite Wrestling Jeff Hardy has been off of AEW programming for some time, but what is the latest on his status?
According to a recent report from PWInsider, we now know the latest on the former WWE Champion and his whereabouts.
“Hardy has a pre-trial hearing for his DUI-related charges in Florida on Wednesday 10/19” the site would report.Â

“As we reported over the summer, Hardy’s attorneys waived his right to a speedy trial and requested a hearing set for July be pushed back 60 days to assist in his defence. The 10/19 date would be the rescheduled hearing” PWI added.
“PWInsider is told Hardy is still officially with AEW, but is not expected to return from his suspension until his legal matters are cleared up and he’s shown he can maintain sobriety” it was revealed.
Hopefully, Hardy is able to get through his issues with substance abuse and continue to live his life with his family.
If there’s a chance that he could return to wrestling then that would be great, but the main thing for him is sobriety.
