Kenny Omega: AEW potentially making big change to his contract

Last updated

All Elite Wrestling star Kenny Omega will potentially be getting a major change to his AEW contract in the coming months.

According to a recent report from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Omega will likely be getting a number of months added on to his contract in 2023.

“Kenny’s contract is up in February but they will likely add the 9-10 months for his being out, so likely end of 2023” Dave Meltzer claimed in the Observer.

‘Young Bucks deal is up around Jan. 1, 2024, give or take a week. But not earlier. I don’t know the actual date of signing but they couldn’t have signed until Jan. 1″ Meltzer added.

There have been a lot of rumblings regarding The Young Bucks wanting to potentially get out of All Elite and move over to WWE, could the same happen with Omega?

Cody Rhodes obviously made his way back to the company earlier this year, and Triple H really wanted to get The Elite under contract back in 2018, so he would absolutely welcome the discussion.
