Konnan hints at ‘big plans’ for ongoing All Elite Wrestling feud

Mexican wrestling legend and former WCW star Konnan recently appeared on a special AdFreeShows event. During the special recording, Konnan discussed the ongoing Pinnacle vs The Inner Circle feud, including his former LAX proteges Santana & Ortiz.

Konnan has been part of the building up to a match between Santana, Ortiz and FTR. There have been several segments involving the LAX leader and manager of The Inner Circle, Tully Blanchard.

The former WCW star revealed on the AdFreeShows event that there’s more to come from the feud between Santana/Ortiz and Dax Harwood/Cash Wheeler.

‘There are a couple of guys in this business I consider my Lucha sons like them (Santana and Ortiz), Pentagon, and Fenix”, Konnan revealed on the show. 

Konnan on Inner Circle vs FTR feud

“Let me just put it to you this way. There’s still more to be seen in the FTR-Santana/Ortiz-Tully/Konnan thing. Just stay tuned,’ Konnan concluded.

This week’s episode of AEW Dynamite will be the Fight for The Fallen themed show. Several matches and segments have already been confirmed for the show and are as follows:

  • Santana and Ortiz vs. ‘FTR’ Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwood.
  • Christian Cage, Jungle Boy, and Luchasaurus vs. Angelico, Marq Quen, and Isiah Kassidy.
  • QT Marshall’s apology to Tony Schiavone
