NJPW star Minoru Suzuki was challenged by an All Elite Wrestling star following his match at New Japan’s Windy City Riot event.

Brody King interrupted Suzuki backstage as the ‘Murder Grandpa’ was discussing his match at the NJPW STRONG event.

King would then challenge the former NEVER Openweight and ROH Television Champion to a match at the May 14th event in Washington, DC.

Minoru Suzuki vs Brody King

Both Suzuki and King have been appearing on AEW programming over the past few months, with King having joined the House of Black stable.

Although he has made quite a few AEW/ROH appearances, Minoru Suzuki is still considered a New Japan Pro Wrestling talent and is still contracted to the company.

This should be quite the battle when these two men come face to face in Washington DC, and the event will be available to watch live on NJPWWorld.com.
