AEW recently confirmed the brackets for their upcoming title eliminator tournament, and Miro is not one of the names featured.
The former TNT Champion has been one of the highlights of the midcard on All Elite programming over the past year, with the former Rusev seemingly now cast in the part that he was born to play in the wrestling world.
Miro reacted to the graphic that was released for the tournament, tweeting: “ARE YOU MOCKING ME? I SHOULD BE CHAMPION.”
It’s difficult to argue against Miro being part of a tournament such as this, unless the company are looking to prolong his TNT title feud with Sammy Guevara for just a little bit longer.
