All Elite Wrestling star Thunder Rosa recently revealed that she was injured and had to relinquish the AEW Women’s Championship before ALL OUT.
Several outlets had claimed that Rosa had actually been suspended by the company, but a new report from PWInsider indicates that this is not in fact true.
“There is a story making the rounds that Rosa has been suspended by the company and is not injured” the site began.

“In checking with multiple sources, we are told there is zero truth to that story and her injury required a change in AEW plans for the PPV” PWInsider revealed.
“There’s been no confirmation as of yet on the nature of the injury nor how long Rosa will be out” the site concluded.
Toni Storm, Dr Britt Baker DMD, Jamie Hayter and Hikaru Shida will now compete to crown the Interim AEW Women’s Champion at the ALL OUT event on Sunday, September 4th.
