There are a number of AEW stars that are reporting wanting to leave the company and make their way back to WWE, but why?
According to Ryan Frederick of the Wrestling Observer site, there appears to be a pretty clear reason that people want to jump back.
‘The only guys that really want to go back are the ones who have significant others with the other company” Frederick revealed on the site’s forum recently.
AEW stars want to return to WWE?
It certainly makes sense, as the names we have heard so far that want to get their releases from All Elite all have partners in WWE.
Buddy Matthews is currently taking Rhea Ripley, and Malakai Black is of course married to Zelina Vega, so they would possibly want to return.
Andrade El Idolo is also a name that is apparently looking at getting back, and he is married to former WWE Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair.
We’ll have to wait and see what happens with all of these talents and whether they will be able to return, but it is potentially going to happe.
