The former AEW World Champion Jon Moxley is one of the most loved stars of the industry. He has been going through a rough patch and dealt with issues regarding alcohol addiction. He had previously entered a rehab program and he is set to make his return.

After almost three months away from the squared circle, the former AEW World Champion is set to make his return to the ring and he will have to defend his GCW World Championship against Homicide on January 23 at the Hammerstein Ballroom.

Mark Henry believes Jon Moxley will return stronger and better

While speaking on the Busted Open podcast, WWE Hall Of Famer Mark Henry talked about Jon Moxley’s return to the squared circle. Henry stated that he believes Moxley will be even better than he was before and he is delighted to hear the news of the star’s return:

‘You know, I was very happy to hear that because it told me a couple of things. One that Jon Moxley is back working and that he almost certainly out of rehab. And I am genuienly happy for him on all counts. I’m hoping that he got a lot of clarity and understanding of where his life is going and who he’s working for. I believe that we’ll see even better Moxley from here on out.’

We will have to wait and see how Moxley performs upon his return to the in-ring competition after months.
