Bronson Reed ‘wanted’ by major companies after WWE release

Last updated

Former WWE Superstar Bronson Reed/Jonah Rock is reportedly on the minds of several pro wrestling companies as someone to bring into the fold.

The former NXT North American Champion was shockingly released from WWE earlier this year, in what appeared to be just weeks away from his main roster callup.

Fightful Select recently confirmed that New Japan, IMPACT, AEW and others are looking at the Colossal star as someone to bring in.

“Fightful has learned that Bronson Reed, who is going by his previous moniker of Jonah Rock, has some major interest from multiple top wrestling companies. Sources within the company have indicated that New Japan Pro Wrestling has made a big play to gain Jonah Rock’s services. He was released by NXT earlier this year after being crowned North American Champion. NJPW announced recently that they’d also landed Buddy Murphy.”
