Father of Tyson Fury, John Fury, has made a huge claim regarding the Gypsy King’s next bout, saying there is only one fight out there for him.

John and his son Tommy appeared at the Misfits Boxing 007 event at the OVO Arena in Wembley on Saturday, May 13th 2023 and spoke to media.

Fury was asked by Boxing King Media during a scrum what was next for his Heavyweight Champion son, and he would reply that it’s only Oleksandr Usyk on his radar.

“It’s up to Tyson what he wants to do” John admitted to the press. There is only one fight out there for him, it’s got to be the rabbit from the Ukraine, Usyk, but he ran off to Saudi Arabia for a few more quid” he added.

Bob Arum revealed to Ringside Reporter (via The Guardian) that the plans for fight are coming together for a fight in Saudi Arabia: “Yes. That is correct. I have talked to a representative of Skills Challenge, that puts on these boxing events in Saudi Arabia. We know those people, we worked for them in connection with the Jake Paul and Tommy Fury fight as far as the US television is concerned, so we know who the players are and we’ve had some very interesting talks with them.”
