Heavyweight Boxing Champion Tyson Fury has challenged a UFC legend to a fight following comments made by said UFC Champion.
Speaking on social media, Fury would challenge Jon Jones to a fight after Joe Rogan claimed that ‘Bones’ could defeat Fury in an ’empty room.’
“I see Jon Jones has piped up, Jon you’re talking about me in the cage. I’m not a cage fighter mate I’m a boxer, the best boxer actually,” Fury noted.

“If you want to come into a boxing ring and fight me, be my guest and let me know. You don’t have to call anybody else, no dramas, nobody” Fury claimed.
“You call me because it’s a boxing fight and I’m the boss in this gym, me. You’re a great fighter Jon, but you’re no boxer that’s for sure. All the best and good luck” he concluded.
It remains to be seen whether or not we will ever see this superfight, but it’s not likely to ever happen given Jones’ UFC contract and the company’s unwilling to do these sorts of outside events.
We did end up seeing Conor McGregor vs Floyd Mayweather a few years ago, but this might be too much of a risk for Dana White and co to genuinely consider.
