Big IMPACT Star Reportedly Moving To Free Agency Soon

Last updated

IMPACT star and ‘TNA World Heavyweight Champion’ Moose is reportedly close to free agency. At IMPACT’s Hard To Kill PPV, IMPACT EVP Don Callis mentioned that Moose had ‘signed’ a new two-year deal with the company.

This reportedly was only in storyline, and Fightful Select confirmed as such earlier today. Fightful “Sources have indicated to Fightful that Moose’s IMPACT Wrestling contract is actually up in June, making him a free agent. As mentioned earlier this year, it’s expected that there will actually be a steady stream of contracts coming due through the first half of the year.”

There’s currently no news on when/if Moose plans on re-signing with the company. IMPACT has had a lot more traction in recent months, with Kenny Omega and the aforementioned Don Callis bringing the AEW Championship over to IMPACT programming.

We will update on this story as and when we have more details.
