Carano continued to break barriers in MMA, participating in the first female fight of “Strikeforce: Triple Threat” and making history with her televised fight against Julie Kedzie, which was the first female fight aired on Showtime.

She fought under Strikeforce until her last professional fight in August 2009.

Acting Career
