Former WWE NXT Superstar Debuts in IMPACT (VIDEO)

Last updated

Former WWE NXT Superstar Juice Robinson debuted for IMPACT Wrestling on last night’s episode of the show. Juice Robinson was previously signed to WWE back in 2012-2015, under the name C J Parker. Robinson had a very stop/start experience on the NXT brand, beginning his career as a ‘jobber’ and losing quick matches to the likes of Roman Reigns.

Juice Robinson would get a reasonable run in NXT towards the tail-end of his career there, including a Takeover match against Kevin Owens. Robinson finished his WWE career losing to Hideo Itami, who is now once again KENTA in New Japan Pro Wrestling.

Speaking of New Japan, that is where Juice Robinson really blossomed in his career. Joining in 2015, Robinson would go on to move through the Young Lion system, establishing himself as an NJPW fan favourite before winning the IWGP United States Championship, IWGP Tag Team Championships and winning the NJPW World Tag League.

Robinson won the World Tag League with partner David Finlay, the son of legendary performer Fit Finlay. Both Robinson and Finlay debuted on IMPACT this week, with FinJuice being successful in their first match against Reno Scum. After the match FinJuice were confronted by IMPACT Tag Team Champions The Good Brothers.
