NXT standout Grayson Waller is one of the top heels on the brand. He is self-proclaimed ’˜Face of NXT’ and is feuding with former Intercontinental Champion Apollo Crews these days. It seems Waller isn’t happy that Crew is back in NXT as well.
Grayson Waller outlines his issues with Apollo Crews
Grayson Waller recently appeared on WWE’s ’˜The Bump’ and talked about his ongoing rivalry with Apollo Crews. Waller explained why there’s any issue between him and Crews:
‘NXT is hot. The future WrestleMania main event is every single Tuesday night, and you got certain guys on Raw and SmackDown who, maybe aren’t doing so well. So, they wanna come down and chase that clout. AJ Styles’ chasing my clout, and now Apollo Crews is trying to do the same thing.”
‘The NXT locker room, it’s bunch of fans masquerade against performers. I don’t want his autograph. I don’t wanna ask for advice from him. He’s trying to take my spot. I’m not letting anyone take my spot. I’m offended that he’s in my locker room. He’ gonna try and take from me. Apollo Crews ain’t taking nothing. I’m taking him out.’

It has been announced that Waller will host The Grayson Waller Effect with Roxanne Perez and Cora Jade as his guests next week on NXT
