WWE NXT Takeover: In Your House is now underway from the Capitol Wrestling Center in Florida. NXT Takeover: In Your House has a number of Championship matches confirmed for the card, as well as the return of an 80s/90s icon.
In the opening match of the night, Bronson Reed and MSK retained their Championships against Legado del Fantasma. Both the NXT North American and Tag Team Championships were on the line in the opening contest of the night.
The match finished when Bronson Reed hit a Colossal Splash on Raul Mendoza and gained the three count. Moments before this, Bronson Reed smashed Escobar through the wall at ringside.
