WWE NXT Superstar Tegan Nox has made her return to the gold brand following a lengthy layout due to an ACL injury. Nox appeared during this week’s episode of NXT, having been revealed as the Superstar behind the ‘phone charger’ gimmick.
The phone charger has been sporadically appearing over the past few weeks and had fans speculating as to who would be making a debut/return to the brand. As mentioned, this was Nox.
Tegan Nox appeared towards the end of the NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship match between The Way and Io Shirai/Zoey Stark.
Nox’s appearance shocked Candice LeRae, and the Champions would lose their gold when Shirai and Stark took advantage of the distraction to become Tag Champions for the very first time.
Tegan Nox returns
It is now likely that Tegan Nox and Candice LeRae will have a program going forward on NXT, with Nox hoping to finally get her career going after several knee injuries that have kept her out of action.
Tegan Nox is a Welsh born Superstar who was a big name on the UK independent scene before signing for WWE, having some blowaway feuds and matches in the likes of PROGRESS and ATTACK.
Nox used to use B*Witched song ‘Cest La Vie’ as her entrance song, which helped her have one of the best entrances on the UK indie scene and no-one can tell me otherwise.
Here’s hoping Nox can now rebuild her career in WWE and start to show what she is capable of on the big stage.
