A former WWE Superstar and NXT Champion was trending during the ROH Death Before Dishonor PPV event this evening.
Former NXT Superstar Johnny Gargano was trending on Twitter, with some fans hoping that he could make an appearance during the PPV.
Interestingly, there was also a strong contingent of pro wrestling fans who believe that he will be making his way back to WWE sooner rather than later.
With Triple H back in a prominent role with the company, many are hoping that some released stars will be making their way back.
Johnny Gargano at ROH Death Before Dishonor?
Gargano, Bray Wyatt and Karrion Kross are the three names that appeared the most, but Johnny Wrestling was the biggest trend during the PPV.
There’s currently no word on whether Gargano has signed a deal with either All Elite Wrestling or Ring of Honor at this time.
Gargano may well still appear at some point during the ROH PPV, but it hasn’t been alluded to or teased by the company.
