This weekend’s LFA 104 event had quite possibly the Knockout of The Year and we’re only in April. Middleweight Roland Dunlap returned to the cage for the first time in over two years, and he scored an unreal Slam Knockout.
The 2-0 in MMA Roland Dunlap faced Obinwa Ikebunna (2-2 MMA) during LFA 104 and took out his opponent in the very first round. Dunlap lifted Ikebunna and slammed his head into the mat, akin to some of the old school Rampage Jackson finishes.
There was some pretty unnecessary elbow strikes from Dunlap following the slam, as Ikebunna was clearly out on the floor. The referee jumped in as soon as he could, but unfortunately there was three completely unprotected elbow strikes to the head of Ikebunna that just looked plain nasty.
The full LFA 104 event is available to watch via UFC Fight Pass. However if you just want to see the crazy finish from the Middleweight contest check out the tweet below.
