Former UFC fighter Dan Hardy appears to have moved on from calling out Matt Brown; with Brown now confirmed for his next UFC taking place on June 19th against Dhiego Lima. The UK based fighter Hardy has set his sights on Nick Diaz for his return fight in the octagon.
‘So now Matt Brown is matched, I suppose I’ll jump to the next name on my list. Where’s Nicholas Diaz at? Any rules, any promotion, any arena. Back to fighting for respect again’¦ My happy place,’ Dan Hardy wrote.
Dan Hardy vs Nick Diaz
Dan Hardy is currently approaching a nine-year layoff from competitive fighting. Nick Diaz himself has also not been active in quite some time, with his last fight taking place just a little over six years ago.
Dana White has not been enthused at the idea of Nick Diaz returning in the past; however with a potential big mid-card fight against Dan Hardy this could eventually go ahead.
