Francis Ngannou vs Stipe Miocic Confirmed for UFC 260

Dana White recently confirmed that Francis Ngannou vs Stipe Miocic will be taking place March 27th. The UFC President confirmed the fight during the Fight Night on ABC post-fight press conference.

Ngannou recently stated that he was looking for bigger fights going forward. A bout against the UFC Heavyweight Champion for the heaviest crown in the game may well be just that.

Francis Ngannou did also say recently that he wanted a shot at Jon Jones at Heavyweight. ‘Because right now, right here? It’s just lacking’ Ngannou stated, regarding the Heavyweight division. ‘I don’t know where I am. I don’t know what I am doing exactly. Having a fight is a good fight and having a big fight is a great thing. That’s something I’m looking forward to.’

‘I think I match up pretty well with Jon Jones,’ Ngannou continued. ‘He’s gaining weight now. He seems really big and strong, but I think I match up pretty good. He has some good skills that he can match my power. It’s going to be different.’
