Many believe that the Hurt Business was a faction that was disbanded too quickly. Now that Triple H is in charge of things in WWE, Bobby Lashley is teasing the return of it.
Lashley recently joined Busted Open Radio (H/t fightful). He talked about the changes Triple H has made, including how he has been presented as a main event talent despite not holding the world title. The former WWE champion explained that one of the things he loves about the current roster is that he is not the only main event act:
“There are a lot of people in that position. I love our roster right now. That’s what made me excited about winning the United States Title.”
Bobby Lashley on The Hurt Business
Bobby Lashley went on to name some of the talents who are carrying the brand alongside him. He also claimed that he would like to bring the Hurt Business back together at some point:
“Riddle, he’s on fire right now. Seth Rollins, he’s Seth Freakin’ Rollins, he’s great across the board. Some of my closest friends, even favorites, the Hurt Business. MVP is there with Omos. Shelton Benjamin is still doing his stuff. Cedric is there. I’d like to bring that group back together at some point in time.”
