A new rumour is indicating that AEW Rampage could be extremely close to getting cancelled by the end of the year.

According to a new report/rumour from Xero News, All Elite Wrestling has until the end of the year to get the numbers up for the show to at least 600,000 per show.

“Basically, I found out some more on this Rampage has to hit 600k /700k weekly by the end of the year or [it] will be cut” the site revealed. “Dynamite will be the same but a much higher number will be expected” Xero added.

AEW Rampage Ratings

It’s worth noting that this rumour from Xero News is just that, a rumour, as we are unable to verify whether or not the report is legitimate at this time.

The merger between Discovery and Warner Media COULD potentially be an issue for All Elite, but we really don’t know at that point.

The number that Xero is referencing could be true, but again at this point, we have no way of actually confirming if this is legitimate.

Losing Rampage may well not actually be a huge loss for the company, but it would be telling if it does happen.
