Liv Morgan was one of the most over stars on the WWE roster during her chase of the women’s title. Things have changed a bit since she became the champion.
Her rivalry with Ronda Rousey over the title has led to the SmackDown women’s champion receiving a mixed reaction from the crowd. She is however, happy to get any kind of reaction she can.
Liv addressed the change in crowd reaction for her during an interview with Metro. Morgan claimed that she understands it in a weird way:
‘It’s ok! I understand the reaction in a weird way, so I didn’t take it personally, necessarily. The funny thing is, in wrestling, in WWE, all you want is a reaction. So, even though it maybe wasn’t the desired reaction, it’s still polarizing. As long as we’re getting a reaction, I’m ok! And I’m still champion, so I’m more than OK!’

Liv Morgan on John Cena
The crowd’s treatment of Liv Morgan is obviously very similar to John Cena. The SmackDown Women’s Champion discussed how the Hollywood star had to go through the same thing for years:
‘He’s the best of the best, who’s considered the ultimate babyface, went through years and years and years of ’˜Let’s go Cena, Cena sucks’. So, if that’s how I’m treated, I will be ok with that!’
