Former NFL star and WWE commentator Pat McAfee is seemingly uncertain about his future in WWE. It comes after reports emerged of the company being possible sold during their ‘annual think sesh’.
Pat McAfee opens up on the matter
Pat McAfee has been regular in WWE since appearing in 2018 as a pre-show analyst for NXT TakeOver and would sign a multi-year contract in February 2019. McAfee was also getting involved in the storylines in NXT before moving to WWE where he would serve as color commentator.
The SmackDown commentator has even had his own WrestleMania moment, taking on Austin Theory and then Vince McMahon at WrestleMania 38.Now, McAfee has revealed his thoughts on his future in the company in the event of a WWE sale.
In his ‘annual think sesh at the beach’, McAfee wrote on Twitter:
‘Baby girl on the way’¦ what’s that mean for my future with WWE? I LOVE it but, they’re allegedly gonna be sold, who’s buying them? Do I want to work/make money for those people?’
