Roman Reigns takes a dig at talent unhappy with celebrity matches

Last updated

WWE Unified World Champion Roman Reigns recently took a dig at talent who are unhappy with the big-time celebrity matches.

The WWE Champion will of course be facing Logan Paul at the upcoming Crown Jewel event from Saudi Arabia.

Speaking to SecondsOut Radio Rahim, Reigns offered some advice and what appeared to be a slight dig to other WWE talent about celebrities taking their place on the card.

“Be so good that nobody can take your spot. I don’t care who they bring in, you can bring in anyone, and they ain’t going to take the Tribal Chief’s spot” Reigns noted.

Roman Reigns vs Logan Paul

The Tribal Chief versus the YouTuber turned boxer turned pro wrestler is a big deal for the company and for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Saudi Arabian officials wanted this big-time match because it will garner mainstream attention, and that will benefit WWE as well.

Talent on the card shouldn’t really see it as Logan Paul taking their place, as this really is an attraction match rather than a genuine technical classic.
