Roman Reigns will continue wrestling as long as WWE continues to write insane checks to him.
The Tribal Chief has been on the run of a lifetime in his current reign as the Undisputed WWE Champion. At the same time, however, he has also transitioned to a part-time schedule in the company.
As the curtain seems to be coming down on his historic reign, many wonder if it will also be the end of his time as a wrestler. Being the cousin of The Rock, a Hollywood move is certainly never out of question for the Head of The Table.
Roman Reigns will continue to dominate
The WWE champion addressed his future with the company during an interview with The Associated Press ahead of WrestleMania 39. Roman Reigns claimed that he is taking care of himself and he will continue to be around as long as the fat checks keep coming:
“I feel good. I take care of myself. I’m not running around doing anything crazy. I raise children and dominate the wrestling game. If they keep cutting these insane checks, I’ll stay around.”
Roman Reigns also commented on his incredible heel run. He said that he couldn’t have written the past three years any better:
“You set goals and have visions of where you view yourself and what you’d like to accomplish. But, I couldn’t have written the past three years any better. It feels good to come from a wrestling family that has been performers for a long time. To represent such a prestigious title reign at the tippity top of the mountain, there’s no comparison.”
