WWE Clash at the Castle is set to take place tonight, and a new rumor has surfaced online regarding Roman Reigns and the main event.

According to a report/rumour from Xero News, the current plans in place do not see Reigns leaving with both, or any, of his titles.

“At this moment, the main event plans do not have Roman leaving with both Titles” the site claimed on their Twitter account.

“If any Titles. I Will have a locked-in decision later today/early tomorrow morning” the account claimed on Friday ahead of the show.

As of writing, Xero has not alluded to any further information regarding the main event, saying that it is “locked down” for the time being.

It’s worth noting that this rumour from Xero News is just that, a rumour, as we are unable to verify whether or not the report is legitimate at this time.

We’ve seen a ton of rumors regarding this show in the past few weeks, and it has always looked like Reigns would not be leaving with both the WWE and Universal titles.

There are a number of different ways that the company can get the belts off of him, with Austin Theory cashing in his MITB being at least one.

USA Network has apparently ‘demanded’ that the company has a major world title on RAW every Monday, so this could be the time to pull the trigger.

Whether that actually happens? We will all have to wait and see when WWE Clash at the Castle takes place tonight from Cardiff, Wales.
