This week’s episode of WWE RAW saw a big drop in viewership, likely due to the two Monday Night NFL games that also took place this week.

Wrestlenomics recently confirmed on their Patreon that the Monday, September 19th episode of RAW was watched by an average of 1,594,000 viewers.

This is down 7% from last week and the lowest that the show has been since the Monday, July 4th episode earlier this year.

Interestingly, the show was actually up in the 18-49 demographic, with this week’s episode getting an average of 583,000 viewers in the key demo, which is up one per cent from the prior week.

WWE RAW Ratings Drop

RAW actually came in fifth for original shows on cable on Monday, and ranked twelth for a broadcast primetime show.

As mentioned, it is likely that the two NFL games this week affected the show badly, with the Buffalo Bills taking on the Tennessee Titans and the Philadelphia Eagles taking on the Minnesota Vikings.

The Eagles vs Vikings ranked first for the evening on ABC, and the Bills vs Titans game ranked second on ESPN for the night.
