Alexa Bliss WWE Profile

WWE Superstar Alexa Bliss (real name Alexis Kaufman) is currently signed to the WWE Monday Night RAW brand.

Born on August 9, 1991, in Columbus, Ohio, Alexa is now 31 years old and she stands at a height of 5ft 1ins tall (1.55m).

Bliss began her professional wrestling career in 2013, reporting to the WWE Performance Center despite having no formal wrestling training prior.

Although she had no experience of pro wrestling before joining WWE, Bliss did have a strong athletic record. Alexa competed in track, kickboxing, softball, gymnastics and reached NCAA Division 1 status as a Cheerleader for the University of Akron. Bliss suffered from a life-threatening eating disorder at the age of 15, however her work in fitness competitions, including the Arnold Classic, helped her to fight back against the mental illness,

Alexa Bliss made her first televised appearance for WWE on the NXT brand. Interestingly, Bliss was also part of the WrestleMania XXX entrance for Triple H in 2014.

Despite never winning the NXT Women’s Championship, Alexa was regarded as a hot prospect on WWE’s radar and she was moved up to the main roster of the company in 2016. Bliss was drafted over to WWE SmackDown during the 2016 WWE Draft, making her main roster debut in July of that year. Bliss defeated Becky Lynch in her first main roster match in August, before going on to SummerSlam 2016 in a winning effort alongside Natalya and Nikki Bella against Becky Lynch, Carmella and Naomi.

Alexa Bliss Husband

Alexa married her now husband – singer Ryan Cabrera – in a glitzy wedding in Palm Desert, California in April 2022. Prior to her relationship with Cabrerar, Bliss had been dating fellow WWE Superstar Buddy Murphy.

Alexa Bliss Height

One of the most striking elements of Alexa Bliss’ appearance is her height – or lack of it. Standing at only 5ft 1ins tall (1.55m), she is one of the shortest performers on the WWE main roster. Whilst WWE reportedly prefer to have larger talents at the top of the card, this isn’t something that has affected Bliss’ main roster career. In fact, her stature has been a huge part of her character portrayal in WWE.

Alexa Bliss Net Worth

Alexa Bliss’ net worth is reportedly around $4 million US. Although some reports put her in the $1 to $2 million bracket, her behemoth social media following, including her 5million Instagram and 1.5 million Twitter followers mean that she has a huge reach and influence. If and when WWE decides to start using Bliss in more outside promotional opportunities such as film? Her stardom could catapult even higher.

SmackDown Women’s Champion

Alexa Bliss would win the SmackDown Women’s Championship in December 2016, defeating Lynch in a Tables Match to win her first main roster title with WWE. Bliss held the belt up until February 2017, where she would lose against Naomi at the Elimination Chamber PPV. Later that month, Bliss would regain the title after Naomi had to vacate due to injury; this made Bliss the first ever two-time SmackDown Women’s Champion.

After losing her title again to Naomi at WrestleMania 33, Bliss was sent over to the RAW brand as part of the Superstar Shakeup in 2017. Bliss would quickly then become RAW Women’s Champion by defeating Bayley at the Payback PPV event on April 30. As well as being the first two-time SmackDown Women’s Champion, Bliss became the first woman to hold both the exclusive RAW and SmackDown belts.

RAW Women’s Champion

Whilst RAW Women’s Champion, Alexa Bliss defended against WWE legend Mickie James and the inaugural Women’s Elimination Chamber match in 2018 at the titular PPV event. Bliss also teamed up with Braun Strowman during this time for the Mixed Match Challenge series; this team was beloved by fans who wanted to see it continue on the ’˜main’ WWE shows.

Bliss would lose her RAW Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 34 to Nia Jax; thus ending her reign of 223 days. Later that year in July, Bliss would earn a shot in the Money In The Bank Ladder match, which she eventually won. Bliss cashed in her briefcase shot on Nia Jax the same night and regained her RAW title. Bliss would end up losing the title at SummerSlam to Ronda Rousey, ending her reign at 63 days.

Alexa Bliss & The Fiend

After a long stretch as a babyface on television throughout 2019, Bliss would eventually be partnered with The Fiend Bray Wyatt in 2020. Alexa Bliss appeared during the cinematic match between Strowman and Wyatt at The Horror Show at Extreme Rules. The idea was that Wyatt ’˜used’ the image of Bliss as Strowman had an affection for her; following their teaming up at the Mixed Match Challenge.

After Bliss was attacked by The Fiend on SmackDown she began using the Sister Abigail finisher and going into a ’˜trance’ during her appearances. After being drafted to RAW alongside The Fiend, Bliss started ’˜feuding’ with Randy Orton, leading to a program that lasted up until WrestleMania 37.

Bliss appeared in backstage vignettes teasing Orton and playing mind games as she worked on behalf of The Fiend. When Orton set The Fiend on fire at TLC 2020; Bliss carried the promos on the side of Bray Wyatt until he returned at WrestleMania in 2021. After The Fiend lost to Orton at WrestleMania 37 the feud was seemingly over.

After WrestleMania, Bliss continued appearing in backstage vignettes with her ’˜creepy’ character still alluding to The Fiend.

Alexa Bliss Theme

Alexa Bliss has the Firefly Funhouse song as her theme currently, as well as The Fury. Previously Alexa Bliss had Spiteful as her theme song, this was used throughout the majority of her time in WWE before she aligned herself with The Fiend.

Alexa Bliss Finisher

Alexa Bliss uses the Sister Abigail as her finishing move. Bliss started using the move after she aligned herself with The Fiend Bray Wyatt.
