Born as Tehuti Miles on January 1, 1990, in Hammonton, New Jersey, Adonis has always been a fighter. After graduating from Hammonton High School in 2008, he enlisted in the United States Army.

His service spanned from 2008 to 2013, during which he bravely served a combat tour in Afghanistan between 2010 and 2011.

Post his service, he pursued education at the University of Maryland, showcasing his athletic prowess as the team’s running back in Division 1 football.

Adonis’ association with WWE began when he was listed among a group of 37 prospects invited to train at the WWE Performance Center in December 2018.

His dedication and hard work in MCW Pro and Ring of Honor paid off as he furthered his training under WWE’s guidance.

His debut on WWE’s main stage came on the April 1st, 2019, episode of Monday Night RAW. Although he faced challenges, his persistence led him to WWE 205 Live in 2020.

Here, under his new ring name, Ashante Adonis, he marked several victories, establishing his presence.

One of the significant milestones in his career was joining the tag team stable “Hit Row” in 2021. This team, comprising Top Dolla, Isaiah Swerve Scott, and B-Fab, showcased their prowess in several matches, further cementing Adonis’ reputation in the WWE universe.

However, like all journeys, Adonis faced setbacks. He, along with Hit Row, was released from WWE in November 2021. But the fighter in him didn’t back down.

In a surprising turn of events, Hit Row made a triumphant return to WWE in August 2022. Their comeback was marked with significant victories, including a win against Maximum Male Models and a championship opportunity against The Usos.

Beyond Wrestling: A Glimpse into Adonis’ Other Ventures

Adonis’ talents aren’t just limited to the wrestling ring. In July 2023, he, along with other Hit Row members, released a freestyle single titled “Barbie Barz”.
