Health Update On Triple H Revealed

Last updated

WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H had tested positive for COVID-19 over the weekend and was absent from his backstage role at this week’s edition of WWE Monday Night RAW. Senior Vice President of Live Events Road Dogg was reportedly responsible for overseeing the show. The show reportedly drew 1,803,000 viewers and scored 0.50 in the coveted 18-49 demographic.

Triple H is ‘doing fine’

Fightful Select (subscription required) has provided an update on both Triple H’s condition and the episode of WWE Raw itself, confirming that:

‘Although Triple H was sidelined with COVID, we’ve heard he’s doing fine. Road Dogg helped run the show, and it was mainly written by Sunday evening.’

Hunter had previously undergone surgery for a ‘genetic heart condition’ which had seen him step away from his corporate duties at WWE. He had made his return to the company and has been running WWE creative since late July, following Vince McMahon’s retirement announcement. The Cerebral Assassin also made an appearance on RAW last week with X-Pac, Shawn Michaels, and Road Dogg as part of D-Generation X’s 25th-anniversary celebrations.
