The ratings for the Friday 22nd October 2021 episode of WWE SmackDown are in and they’re a huge jump from last week’s one-off FS1 episode of the show.
SmackDown returned to FOX on Friday and featured a stacked show with some major names making appearances to the crowd in attendance.
According to Spoiler TV, the show drew an average of 2.101 million viewers in the overnight ratings. The first hour of SmackDown got 2.152 million viewers and hour two dropped to 2.050 million viewers overall.
SmackDown also drew an average of 0.50 rating in the 18-49 demographic, which made the show number one for the night on cable.
These numbers are way up from last week’s SmackDown on FS1. That show drew an average of 793,000 viewers overall with the final half-hour going head-to-head with AEW Rampage.
Final ratings for the show will be available on Monday afternoon.

WWE RAW is broadcast each and every Monday night, and fans in the United Kingdom can watch the show with a monthly BT Sport subscription.
SmackDown is also available on BT Sport every Friday, again for fans who are subscribed to the monthly service that can sometimes be bundled with BT Broadband.
NXT 2.0 and WWE NXT UK are available to watch on Tuesdays and Thursdays respectively on WWE Network in the United Kingdom and Peacock in the United States.
