It was recently revealed that Jeff Jarrett had been released from his role with WWE working as the head of live events, and now we may know why.
According to a new report/rumour from Bot Lesnar, Jarrett is gone from the company as part of the overhaul by Triple H.
“Lastly, the Jeff Jarrett firing was simply Hunter getting rid of the Vince regime and will start bringing back the team he worked with at NXT” the Twitter account claimed.
“It seems since did everything to bury HHHs vision he’s repaying the favour which isn’t expected to affect talent. Bruce and Kevin [are] probably next” the account concluded.
Jeff Jarrett WWE Release
It’s worth noting that this rumour from Bot Lesnar is just that, a rumour, as we are unable to verify whether or not the report is legitimate at this time.
I am not surprised in the least, as it’s been rumoured that Road Dogg will be coming back in to take the place of Jarrett.
I’ve never heard of Jarrett being a ‘Triple H guy,’ and this seems to solidify that stance. There’s no doubt there are going to be even more changes coming in the next few weeks.
