NXT UK and NXT 2.0 will be competing at the upcoming Worlds Collide event, but what is the future of the United Kingdom branded belts?

According to a new rumour/report from Xero News, it’s looking like every belt from the UK brand will be merged into the NXT 2.0 version.

“So it seems they are getting rid of all UK titles and gonna potentially make new belts this is just a rumour atm” the site claimed.

NXT UK Titles Scrapped?

It’s worth noting that this rumour from Xero News is just that, a rumour, as we are unable to verify whether or not the report is legitimate at this time.

I’m not surprised at all that they’re going to be getting rid of the titles, as NXT Europe will be launching next year.

With the new NXT brand getting underway next year, it makes sense to start fresh with an entirely new set of belts.
