WWE is reportedly ‘very worried’ about this week’s episode of WWE SmackDown due to the situation around Hurricane Ian in Florida.
Speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer claimed that the company are really concerned about the situation.
“I know WWE’s very worried about Friday’s show because they have so many people from there” Meltzer began referencing Florida.
“The hope was that it’ll be okay and people can get there from Tampa and Orlando to Winnipeg on Friday” he concluded.

This report however has been questioned by Xero News, who reported that the company has already had plans in place to use RAW Superstars on the show.
“This is BS. Raw stars have been kept in Canada to be on the show” the site claimed on its Twitter account today.
“The show is looking stacked and good this week with Raw and Sd Stars. Early show plans for Sd to come out later today” Xero News concluded.
Either way, this week’s episode of SmackDown will most likely have some changes made ahead of Friday night, whether that includes RAW Superstars or not.
