Triple H has already brought some major changes in the company ever since he took the role of WWE Chief Content Officer following Vince McMahon’s shocking retirement a few months back.
Triple H has made changes in NXT
Hunter has already dropped the colorful presentation of the brand. Under Vince McMahon’s regime of NXT, he scrapped the developmental brand’s black & gold heavy metal theming and changed to bright colors and hip-hop music in an attempt to attract a younger base audience.
On last night’s October 25 episode of NXT, it seems he made yet another alteration. The program theme music playing in the background of some backstage segments, match card rundowns, etc, has been changed from hip hop music back to rock music like it was back in the ’˜black and gold’ days.
It has been noted that the internal philosophy of the brand is changing a bit too ’“ now finding more of a balance between trained wrestlers, as well as athletes that are brand new to wrestling. ‘The Game’ has brought back several stars back into the company as well. We will have to wait and see what else has in store for the fans.
