In a recent interview with Inside The Ropes, WWE star and former grand slam champion Bayley was asked about the possibility of joining Mercedes Moné in Japan.
The question sparked a candid response from Bayley, who admitted that the intensity of the Japanese wrestling style might be a bit too much for her at this stage of her life.
“I think what she’s doing is incredible, but I don’t know if I’d be able to do it. That Japanese style is intense. I’m a little too old for that. She can go ahead and do all that,” Bayley said.

Bayley’s Support for Mercedes Moné
Despite her reservations about joining Moné in Japan, Bayley expressed her unwavering support for The ‘Boss.’ She acknowledged Moné’s bravery and athleticism, stating, “She’s braver than I am. She’s way more athletic than I am. So she can do all that stuff, and I’ll support her the whole time.”

The Possibility of a Future Move
While Bayley did not completely close the door on the possibility of joining Moné in Japan, she did specify that her body is too beaten up from working WWE style.
“If something were to happen and I was able to go experience different things like that, we’ll see. But right now, my body will say no,” she said.
