WWE Superstar Edge made his return to the company as part of the WWE SummerSlam 2022 Premium Live Event tonight.
The Rated-R Superstar has been out of action since he was attacked and turned on by Judgment Day a few months ago.
A number of vignettes have been airing over the past few weeks indicating that he was making his return, and he finally did tonight.
The former WWE Champion appeared when the lights went out and fire appeared at the entranceway, before Edge then appeared and took out Damian Priest and then Balor.

The Judgment Day stable has been desperately in need of a kick start, and this might finally be the opportunity to put over Finn Balor as a genuine threat.
It is not currently known if he will be back on television every week going forward, but it is good for WWE to have another main event star back in the fold.
