Edge: WWE legend teases appearance on an unlikely wrestling television show

WWE Hall of Famer Edge has hinted at a possible appearance on NXT while commemorating his remarkable professional wrestling career.

This year marks the 25th anniversary of Edge’s WWE in-ring debut, which took place on the June 22, 1998, edition of Raw. WWE has been assisting the Rated-R Superstar in celebrating his tenure with the company.

Edge: Recent Victories and Future Plans

Edge made a triumphant return to the ring on the July 7th edition of SmackDown, defeating rising star Grayson Waller at Madison Square Garden.

In a recent interview on SmackDown LowDown, Edge opened up about his life, expressing his gratitude for his career and hinting at a potential NXT appearance.

Edge: Reflections on His Career

Edge’s reflections on his career were filled with gratitude and excitement. He said, “It’s a celebration. This is my dream job. I wasn’t meant to do anything else in this world. This is what I was supposed to do, and I’m one of the lucky few that has found what he was supposed to do, and then did it.”

He went on to express his awe at his own success, pointing out his image on a poster at Madison Square Garden and saying, “For me, this is ins*ne. 25 years here, to last that long, if you had told me at the beginning of all this that would be the case, that I’d be celebrating in Madison Square Garden, that next month I’d go to Toronto.”

Possible NXT Appearance

Edge’s comments also hinted at a possible NXT appearance. He said, “Hell, I could go to Monday Night Raw and celebrate. I could go to NXT and celebrate. I could come back here to SmackDown and celebrate. All I know is this month, I’m going to have one hell of a time.”
