One name that has been making waves in the rumour mill is that of Goldberg, the WWE Hall of Famer. Currently a free agent, Goldberg’s potential appearance at the Wembley Stadium show has become a hot topic of discussion.
This speculation has been fueled further by AEW’s Tony Khan, who previously hinted at discussions with the ex-Universal Champion.

Dave Meltzer weighed in on the matter during an interview with McGuire on Wrestling. While he emphasised that he hasn’t received any concrete information about Goldberg’s plans with AEW, he did mention that the idea of Goldberg returning to the ring at All In is not entirely out of the question.
In his words, “It’s not out of the realm of possibility of Bill Goldberg wrestling (at All In), but I haven’t heard that that’s happening, I’ll just say that.”

Goldberg’s Recent Wrestling History
For those who might not be up-to-date, Goldberg hasn’t stepped into the wrestling ring since his unsuccessful challenge against Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship at the March 2022 Elimination Chamber event.
Furthermore, the former WCW superstar’s contract with WWE came to an end in 2022, rendering him a free agent in the wrestling world.

Adding more fuel to the fire, Tony Khan, during the Forbidden Door media scrum in June, confirmed that he and Goldberg had engaged in “very nice” conversations.
