Liv Morgan Arrest: Legal Hurdles in Proving the Case

The decision to drop the charge against Morgan came after prosecutors encountered significant legal obstacles.

According to a report by KOMO News, the main challenge lay in proving that the THC found was synthetic and not derived from plant sources.

An Assistant State Attorney in the county highlighted the crux of the issue, stating that no labs in Florida conduct tests to differentiate between synthetic and plant-derived THC.

This lack of testing capability made it impossible for the state to prove the charge, leading to its dismissal.
