WWE SmackDown Superstar Mandy Rose has released a new workout shot on her personal Instagram page. The former tag team partner of Dana Brooke posted the image to a huge reaction from her 2.8 million followers on the social media platform.

Rose appeared in shock fashion on this week’s episode of NXT during the match between Sarray and Gigi Dolin, standing on the ramp to watch the match between the two young NXT Superstars.

Rose did not indicate why she was in NXT, or why she was out to watch the match between Sarray and Dolin, although after the show she did tease that she had ’˜plans’ for her return to the brand.

Mandy Rose returns to NXT

Rose and Dana Brooke were expected to continue their feud with WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler. However these plans have changed due to the call up from NXT of Tegan Nox and Shotzi Blackheart.

Fightful Select confirmed that they spoke to members of the NXT roster who were surprised to see Mandy Rose appear on the show, Fightful noted that ’˜they were told ‘she’s sticking around.’ It was later confirmed by PWInsider that Mandy Rose was back on NXT.

Wrestlevotes also reported that this was an unspoken trade, as Aliyah has now been moved up to RAW. Aliyah’s callup has been rumored for over a month backstage, as she apparently made a really good impression on officials during a recent scouting trip.

It’s unclear what the plans are for Aliyah as she prepares for her debut on the RAW roster, however she could be in contention for the Women’s Money In The Bank Ladder match this Sunday.
