Matt & Jeff Hardy take shots at WWE while promoting a match

Last updated

Matt and Jeff Hardy took some shots at WWE whilst promoting their upcoming match against Matt Cardona and Brian Myers.

Jeff was released from WWE earlier this year, and he and his brother Matt are currently on a “last ever” tour together as a tag team.

The Hardy Boyz released a video promoting their upcoming match for Big Time Wrestling in Albany, NY. During the video, Jeff would reference his former employer, WWE.

“I’ve got a prediction, they’ll like this match in the E” Jeff stated during the promo to hype their match with the Major Bros.

“They’ll love this match in the E,” Matt replied, before then adding “you want to see some erratic behaviour? Just wait until Albany on the 13th.”

One of the major reasons that Jeff was released from WWE was because of some “erratic behaviour” at a live event where he left the ring partway through a match.

Clearly, this was a shot at WWE.
