The #1 and #2 spots in the Royal Rumble are extremely important when it comes to establishing the tone of the 30-man or woman match.
Speaking to one of our sources, it has been suggested that Dominik Mysterio and Rey Mysterio are being looked at as the first two men in the WWE Royal Rumble this year.
It would certainly be an interesting dynamic to start the 30-man match this year, as both men were feuding for a time back in 2022.

We were unable to confirm if Rhea Ripley will be accompanying Dominick for the match, although it is likely that she will not appear on camera again after competing in the Women’s match, which is slated to take place earlier in the night.
As of writing, only around half of the field has been confirmed for the 30-man match, with Rey Mysterio being one of the confirmed competitors.
It’s worth noting that this could change in the coming hours, as the Rumble is notorious for being one of those matches that can get flipped on a dime running up to show time.
I was told that this was the case as of Friday night, and wanted to wait until Saturday morning/afternoon to see if there was any changes, but as of writing, there have apparently been no amendments from what our source understands.
